How to download files from sent records
You can download the different files generated by GETbizz, for each send - the file of the HTML design, the selected target, or even the sent target. Here we will explain how.
Enter the campaign and open the “send” tab
Enter a campaign by doing click on the edit option of the campaign.
Click “send” to open the tab.
Click filter
In the sends overview, you will see a filter option. Click this option to see all the sends history.
View sends’ history
The sends history will appear with different rows, one for each send.
Download HTML file
To download the HTML of the design that was sent you should click the first download icon. If you hover the mouse over this icon you will see the tag “download campaign HTML id:xxxx”
Download selected target
To download the file with the target you selected click the second download icon. If you hover the mouse over this icon you will see the tag “Download select target list: xxx”
Download sent target
Click the third download icon to download the file with the target with the registers who received the campaign. If you hover the mouse over this icon you will see the tag “Download sent target list: xxx”. This target can be different from the selected target if GETbizz finds new unsubscribes or changes in the communication permissions before sending. In this case, those records will be excluded from the target.
